These terms apply to your use of shop.wildhogbjj.co.uk (the “Site”) and any order placed through it. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WILD HOG BJJ LTD. We are an authorised reseller of AG Shilajit products, not the manufacturer. Product testing, sourcing, and safety compliance are handled by AG Shilajit.

Orders and Availability

• Submitting the order form is a request to purchase, not a confirmed contract of sale. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email with a reference number.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, at our discretion.
• Prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery unless stated.

Payment

• We do not take payment on this Site. After you place an order, we will contact you by email with a secure payment link (bank transfer, card, or PayPal).
• Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received and confirmed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or your bank.

Delivery

• Delivery costs and options (standard, tracked, or in-person collection) are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order summary.
• Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Payment confirmed at a weekend or on a public holiday is dispatched on the next working day.
• Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
  • Standard delivery: [TO CONFIRM] typically 2–3 working days (Royal Mail 2nd Class).
  • Tracked delivery: [TO CONFIRM] typically 1–2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
  • Collection: available at Wild Hog BJJ by arrangement once we confirm your order is ready.
• These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude the day of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers once an order has been dispatched.
• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

This section sets out your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. It applies to distance contracts and is separate from, and in addition to, your rights if goods are faulty (see “Faulty or Damaged Goods” below).

Your right

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

Important exception for sealed supplements

Our products are food supplements supplied in sealed packaging for health protection and hygiene reasons. Under Regulation 28(3) of the 2013 Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply once that seal has been broken after delivery. If the seal is intact and unbroken, your right to cancel is unaffected. This exception does not limit your rights in respect of faulty goods.

How to exercise your right to cancel

To cancel, tell us clearly of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can:

• Complete the model cancellation form below and send it to us by email.

You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory — any clear statement of your decision to cancel is enough. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Returning the goods and refunds after cancellation

• You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you cancel under this section. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
• We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard option, we will refund only the cost of the standard option.
• We will make the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you, or 14 days after you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
• We will refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
• We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

This section is separate from your 14-day right to cancel and applies regardless of whether the cooling-off period has passed.

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us with your order reference and, where possible, a photograph.
• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and rights to repair, replacement or a price reduction after that period.
• We bear the cost of return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. We will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
• As a food supplement, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• To request a return, contact us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram with your order reference number.

Product Information and Health Disclaimer

• Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Any information on this Site about ingredients, purity, or potential benefits is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
• If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, consult a doctor before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• You are responsible for reviewing product information and ingredients before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site or our products.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you placed it.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
• You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
• If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in, and nothing in this section removes any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you are resident.
